Just bought this 23″ Touchscreen for my new Project: A Kitchen PC

Now I have to find a nice Atom Desktop, like this one:

I want to try Windows 7′s Touchscreen possibilities. If I’m not satisfied I will try another OS.
Most tricky part will be mounting the screen (into a cupboard?)
I can use it for Steaming Video/Audio (Dreambox/Popcorn) and Recipes.
